Served as Hub Faculty for the American Academy of Pediatrics (in partnership with the Epilepsy Foundation) Community Health Workers (CHW) Epilepsy ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes). Served as SME offering expert guidance and recommendations during case study discussions.

Subject Matter Expert
Served as a CHW Ally & Subject Matter Expert for the "CT Choosing Wisely Initiative Resource Webpage Project". The goal of this project was to gather, assess and curate a National Association of Community Health Workers website webpage of documents related to the work of the CT Choosing Wisely Collaborative and the American Board of Internal Medicine Foundation.

Curriculum Development
Provided overhaul and update of Oregon's Community Health Worker Association's (ORCHWA) Community Health Worker foundational certification curriculum. Project entailed independent research and identifying effective materials and approaches to adult learning and retention, and performing administrative work required to transition the new curriculum into their new infrastructure.

Orchestrator of curriculum content and all aspects of the Medical University of South Carolina's Keeping Each other Engaged Program via IT CHW (KEEP IT CHW) Training. Specific duties include development of CHW training program and facilitation of initial and subsequent training sessions. Project is ongoing.

CHW Core Competency Training
Providing CHW core competency training for Project Hope client organizations located in Texas and Alabama. A virtual hybrid training course is being provided for 45 participants who will be eligible to get certified as Community Health Workers upon completion of course. Project is ongoing.
Online Course Creation & Spanish Curriculum Adaptation
Converting CHW ECHO recorded sessions into on-demand course appropriate for adult learners for the Epilepsy Foundation. Developing course resources, learner engagement activities, and assessments. Determining curriculum adaptation needs and identifying curriculum elements requiring adaptation. Selecting instructional methods and implementing curriculum adaptations.

Program Design & Implementation
Integral to the launch of Diversity in Diabetes' Virtual Diabetes Education Program; consulting provided includes program design and implementation, community outreach, partnership development, creation of the bidirectional referral process, operational workflows, advice on technology, and ongoing staff training.
