Community Health Worker Instructors are individuals approved to provide instruction and training in one or more core competencies for Community Health Workers.
Umemba Health's CHW Instructor Certification Course features experiential learning, group activities, demonstrations, role-playing, case studies, and simulations. Our course also places a strong emphasis on virtual-Instructor Led Training (v-ILT) teaching topics that will help you keep your students engaged and active in a virtual classroom.
Learn to master the CHW core competencies as well as best practices and strategies for the modern classroom.
Our CHW Instructor Certification course provides 160 hours of instruction and training over 15 weeks. The program is 100% virtual and has been approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
